SoulVirtue — Telehealth Platform
SoulVirtue is an online doctor consultation platform serving patients across the Baltics in Latvian, Russian, English, Lithuanian, and Estonian. I built the frontend covering three portals — patients booking and joining video consultations, doctors managing their schedule and payments, and admins approving new doctor accounts — with in-browser video calls, calendar-based scheduling, and Stripe-powered billing.

//The Problem
Patients across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia needed a way to consult doctors, psychologists, and therapists remotely — often for sensitive appointments where travelling to an in-person visit wasn't practical or comfortable. Doctors, on the other hand, needed a single place to manage their availability, get paid, and run consultations, instead of stitching together a separate calendar, video-call tool, and payment processor themselves.

//Solution
I built the frontend in React with Redux for state and React Router for the three separate portals, using Formik and Yup for the booking and profile forms. Video consultations run through Jitsi's React SDK, which gave patients and doctors a reliable in-browser call experience without building or maintaining custom WebRTC infrastructure. Scheduling is handled with react-big-calendar and moment-timezone, so availability and bookings stay accurate across doctors and patients in different time zones. Payments run through Stripe Elements for card entry plus Stripe subscriptions for the recurring plans, covering both one-off consultations and monthly billing. I also implemented GA4 event tracking across the booking funnel so the client could see where patients dropped off between browsing, booking, and paying.
